At Pomegranate Software the following support options are provided to assist our customers and partners with support including (but not limited to):
Installation and configuration support for CMS, CRM, ERP Platforms Bug fixing on a specific instance Administrative setup and training Other technical support and related services
Pomegranate Software tracks and reports on time used based on requests made by the customer or partner.
Pomegranate Software support packages are listed below:
